Welcome to as1311. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and as1311 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the as1311 online betting platform, including all games, services, features, content, and applications offered by as1311 (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, placing a bet, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the as1311 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Services. as1311 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account you create with as1311 to access the Services.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in your Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake you place on a sporting event, casino game, togel draw, or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive issued by as1311, subject to specific wagering requirements and validity terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by as1311 to confirm your age, identity, and residence.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, and related services provided by as1311, including sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel lottery, and esports betting.
• "Withdrawal" means the process by which you request the transfer of funds from your Account Balance to your designated bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to use the as1311 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of Account registration. as1311 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. as1311 is designed for use by Indonesian players and operates in accordance with international gaming compliance frameworks. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of as1311 is lawful in your place of residence.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are acting on behalf of any other person or entity, you must have proper authorization to do so.
4. Single Account: Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with as1311. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of all funds.
5. Prohibited Persons: Employees, contractors, or family members of as1311 staff, as well as individuals employed by game providers, payment processors, or regulatory bodies associated with as1311, are not eligible to register or play on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (IDR). You agree that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You agree to notify as1311 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. as1311 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials. You must not share your Account with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.

3.3 KYC Verification

as1311 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC procedures, you may be required to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address, and a selfie photograph. Withdrawal privileges are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. as1311 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend or terminate your Account if satisfactory verification cannot be completed.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

as1311 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata) and major Indonesian e-wallets (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). as1311 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose its own charges.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. These limits may vary depending on the payment method used. as1311 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. In the event of a processing delay, please contact our customer support team. as1311 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the legal owner of the funds. as1311 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and confiscation of funds.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an alternative method approved by as1311. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during operating hours (WIB).

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and VIP tier. as1311 reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits at any time.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

as1311 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawals to verified Indonesian bank accounts. However, your receiving bank may impose its own fees. Third-party payment processor fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, you must wager a minimum of one (1) times the total amount of your deposit before a withdrawal request will be processed. Withdrawals may be subject to additional security checks at as1311's sole discretion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

as1311 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. These terms are published alongside each promotional offer and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players, placing hedged or zero-risk bets, or employing automated systems to exploit bonuses, is strictly prohibited. as1311 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted only when it is confirmed by the as1311 system and appears in your betting history. as1311 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or violation of these Terms.

7.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event, casino game, or togel draw. In the event of a dispute, the decision of as1311's management, based on consultation with the relevant game provider or official sporting body, is final.

7.3 Void Bets

as1311 reserves the right to declare a bet void in circumstances including, but not limited to, technical malfunction, obvious pricing error, duplicate bets, event cancellation or postponement beyond the scheduled timeframe, or detection of fraud or manipulation. In the case of a void bet, the stake is returned to your Account Balance.

7.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting is offered on selected sporting events and esports matches. Odds and available markets change dynamically based on the state of play. Bets placed during live events are subject to acceptance delays due to data transmission and processing times. as1311 reserves the right to reject or void live bets placed after a material event has occurred.

8. Responsible Gaming

as1311 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available free of charge in your Account settings. We strongly encourage all Users to gamble responsibly, set limits, and seek support if gambling is causing problems. 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the as1311 platform:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age or residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Colluding with other Users, employing automated betting systems or bots, or otherwise attempting to manipulate or exploit the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction or using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code or underlying technology of the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward as1311 staff or other Users.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all funds.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, text, and other materials displayed on the as1311 platform are the property of as1311 or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from as1311.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, as1311 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if as1311 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall as1311's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds you have deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

as1311 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, server downtime, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless as1311 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of the Services.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your Account Balance, subject to satisfaction of any wagering requirements. as1311 reserves the right to retain your Account information for record-keeping and compliance purposes even after Account closure.

13.2 Termination by as1311

as1311 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or engagement in prohibited activities. Upon termination, as1311 may forfeit your Account Balance if termination results from your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which as1311 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and as1311. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and as1311 regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

15.3 No Waiver

The failure of as1311 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of as1311. as1311 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.
